This machine has been designed for the straightening and cutting of wires and profiles up to a max diam. of 12mm for various materials (copper alloys, aluminium alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel). 

Its modular structure allows one to build and assemble the machine (customize) according to the type of wire to be straightened.

It is possible to fit and interchange:

• - Wire straightener’s with rollers with 13mm diam., up to a max. diam. 65mm (using straightener’s with roller positioning/adjustment indicators provides an economical and accurate way of recording all roller positions for all future reproducibility)
• two types of feeding devices: AL12 & AL6 (3 models in each group)
• two different types of cutting units: ECM05 & TAG10 (ECM05 is suitable for any round and shaped profile up to 5 mm diameter. The unit is available with a bush to bush blade or open blade. The ECM05 is driven by a brushless motor but is also available in both pneumatic and electronic versions. TAG 10 for larger diameters.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a modular collection tray for the cut and processed wire. The predetermined cut length is controlled by means of an encoder device which provides up to 0,2mm accuracy.

This MTF machine is very versatile and allows one to exchange or rearrange the positioning of its components within a few minutes; one can add additional wire-straightener’s at any time according to the needs, and even reposition the feeder units.
