Features:

• Hydraulic tilting frames where coils can be inserted by using fork lift
• Supporting frames where the coils are deposed and prepared for continuous pay-off
• Pneumatically operated brushes for holding loops of coil during pay-off
• Front part, hydraulically activated to securely hold the coil to avoid collapsing of the loops during pay-off
• Hydraulic unit to supply hydraulic pressure to the various movements of the system
• Flipping system (one for each unit) automatically activated during passage from the exhausted coil to the new one
• Hard wood front containment parts with easy replaceable wearing collar
• Continuous operation by manually welding coils head to tail
